SCW 2026-27 memberships will be available as of July 1, 2026. SCW membership is limited to residents of Alberta and is valid September 1st through August 31st. New members purchasing their membership in July or August are entitled to participate in activities over the summer of 2026.
 
SCW operates as a user-group of the Millarville Racing and Agricultural Society (MRAS) which entitles us to affordable rental and other privileges.* As a user group, all of our members are required to hold an MRAS membership in addition to our SCW membership.
 
The total cost of being a SCW member is approximately $85.
· $45 is paid directly to SCW using this page.
· The remainder is paid by you directly to MRAS through their website and subject to their fee schedule. See their website for details. 26/27 membership registration is expected to be available after September 1st.
· To maintain an active SCW membership, MRAS membership must be purchased by November 1, 2026 or, for later registrants, one month after your SCW membership purchase. For those who do not meet these timelines, proof of MRAS membership will be required before SCW membership will be reactivated.
 
*As a user-group we are able to keep our members’ cost to a minimum while enjoying other benefits that support the vitality of our group through affordable workshops, special interest groups, a fibre arts library, rental equipment and more.
